1. Site Selection
One critical key to MY KITCHEN'S success is our location. Since we specialize in regional shopping centers with a proven track record, we will continue to pursue this exciting market. Our restaurants are highly desirable in the shopping center industry, and we will actively negotiate attractive terms to our franchisees.

Nevertheless, other high traffic areas such as airports, universities, train/bus terminals, and high traffic streets may prove to be viable locations. A site survey study is required.

2. Turn-Key Operation
MY KITCHEN has developed its system to the shopping mall setting. Its construction manual along with other manuals will guide the franchisee to build a store unique to each mall location, but uniform to the MY KITCHEN design. The design will not only incorporate the "look", but it will also include interior design, work areas, restaurant equipment layout, and exterior storefront appearance.

At an additional fee, MY KITCHEN will organize and implement the construction of the restaurant to completion.

3. Training
MY KITCHEN requires each franchisee and their designated store manager to successfully complete its training program. The training involves classroom training along with hands-on experience in one of our affiliated stores. The franchisee will learn our operation behind the counter, such as customer service, food preparation, inventory control, staffing and scheduling, buying procedures, and marketing programs. Our extensive training manual will ensure that the franchisee has all the necessary tools to successfully operate a MY KITCHEN restaurant.
