My Kitchen's two simple ideas:
  1. "To provide shoppers with a variety of high quality, fresh and delicious menu choices without the cost and time of a sit-down restaurant."

  2. "Price our products at a competitive price against the quick-service industry."

The result was the self-serve salad bar buffet concept where customers are able to choose their meals in any amount and combination, and pay by the weight. In essence, customers were now able to customize their meals, paying only for what they want."
In today's market saturated with fast-food restaurants, My Kitchen provides a combination of fresh-made salads and hot food menu items unparalleled by the competition. Factors that make My Kitchen unique are both the extensive menu selections, and the freedom customers have in creating their personalized meals.

This idea was new to consumers who were too familiar with the "SET MENUS" used by most fast-food and quick-service restaurants: (Menu #1, #2, #3, etc.). But what truly distinguishes My Kitchen is the high quality of its products, made daily from fresh ingredients, and the concept of giving the customers complete control of the amount and variety of meals purchased.

The food is freshly prepared daily, three, even four times a day, by our cooks at each My Kitchen restaurant. My Kitchen's wide variety of menu items please both the hungry and the health conscious shopper. The food is presented buffet-style, where customers help themselves to any of the salad and hot-food items. The food is weighed, and priced by the pound.

My Kitchen continously strives to provide its customers with the best in quality and service with every meal purchased.
